I serve as the Chaplain and an Instructor with PCIS, joining the program in April 2026 after retiring from the Lexington Police Department. I retired as a lieutenant after 21 years of service, during which I served in a variety of assignments, including patrol, Special Victims investigations, collision reconstruction, criminal investigations, and peer support leadership. Before beginning my law enforcement career, I served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In addition to my work with PCIS, I am an ordained pastor and serve a church in Georgetown, Kentucky. I earned my bachelor's degree from Asbury University and my master's degree from Liberty University's School of Divinity.

Throughout my military, law enforcement, and ministry careers, I have remained committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of first responders. It is a privilege to serve police officers, dispatchers, and peer supporters who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving others.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, camping, fishing, hunting, and riding my motorcycle.
